Olive Picking and Press

Starting in late October 2019, we are offering a special series of four day courses that include olive picking and a visit to a local olive cold press, to see the entire process of obtaining olive oil. Also included will be wild-flower covered walks in the mountains overlooking the bay of Karystos, learning how to prune a variety of Mediterranean shrubs, shredding and composting garden waste, shaping and trimming hedges, planting a mini herb garden in a pot and arranging cut herbs as floral tributes amongst others.
